ABOUT

Established in 2014, the SACSS Track and Field CCA provides a dynamic platform for students to discover and maximise their athletic potential across a diverse range of events, from cross-country and sprints to jumps. Through structured and progressive training, students not only develop physical excellence but also build mental strength, resilience, and competitive spirit—hallmarks of outstanding sportspersons.

Beyond performance, members cultivate determination, discipline, and a passion for excellence that extends far beyond their school years. The programme places strong emphasis on character development, sportsmanship, and self-discipline, shaping confident individuals who strive to excel both on and off the track.
